Her career began in Paris, working as an agent in the fashion and film industry, detecting young talent, managing careers and developing sustainable strategies and international career options. For 25 years Alexandra worked between different cultures, establishing networks across Europe and the US, working out successful co-operations, identifying cultural “clashes” and finding solutions to overcome them. Throughout this rich creative journey she has woven her studies of spiritual psychology, meditation and the evolution of consciousness and has acquired in-depth knowledge of these subjects through numerous activities like seminars and extensive trainings in Europe, India and the US. Her commitment is to remove barriers, allow the human spirit to soar and for people to flourish.
Kerstin Löber is a creative entrepreneur-consultant. For 30 years Karen worked in the human potential movement, developing new paradigms of leadership for the enablement of human flourishing, business prosperity and planetary care. She is passionate about restoring balance between the personal and professional, the feminine and the masculine, wellbeing and performance. In 1986, Karen started an alternative healthcare business, building this into a global enterprise of $8.5million, exporting products and training programmes to 5 countries. She built the business on 3 key values: purpose, people, planet. For the past 16 years she worked in Europe to inspire, advise and support business leaders who are committed to making a positive societal impact.
