Jonny is a systems practitioner, based in the UK, focusing on the “how” of transformation. He works alongside Bounce Beyond, facilitating complexity driven change processes within industries, regions, and organisations. Jonny has taken an unconventional direction with his early career, through his appreciation of the radical perspectives, mindsets, worldviews and approaches that are required for any systemic transformation. His journey so far has been one of continuous (un)learning, collaboration and shaping.
Jonny is an advocate for encouraging change agency within fellow youth circles, through means such as his board position at One Planet Education Networks (OPEN) – recognising that future flourishing is held within the hands of today’s youth.
As a keen mountaineer, triathlete and general outdoor enthusiast, Jonny is always looking to use outdoor experiences as leverage points for change.
