FemmeQ 2021: Feminine Intelligence for a Regenerative Future proved to be an inspiring hybrid event held live from Costa Rica.

We said we would create a transmission not a presentation, we committed to bringing about a transformation and to create a field to ‘pioneer the possible’. And we did.

Our intention was to create a ‘field of possibility’ for those who believe a new paradigm of living and leading is critical at this time and is also possible. And they came… 22 in person and 390 online participants. We were privileged to have 28 international practitioners from diverse disciplines, bringing their love, conveying their wisdom and demonstrating through experience that a shift in consciousness is happening and inviting everyone to be part of the work that is needed to ‘pioneer the possible’.

We explored what is possible when we use our full human capacities to face unprecedented challenges and navigate these extraordinary times. We introduced new approaches and ways to consider these complex topics.

Respecting and including the critical contribution of women and awakening and embodying feminine intelligence accessible to all of us, will restore wholeness to our human psyche and integrity to our social, economic, ecological and political systems.

FemmeQ in Action – A Global Movement to Pioneer the Possible

A critical conversation…

No matter gender, geography or generation this topic of feminine intelligence is more important than ever before as we face some of the greatest challenges we have faced and multiple crises around the world. We will continue to hold spaces and find places to honour and acknowledge what so many of us are feeling due to the current events, to acknowledge what we have lost at the personal, community and global levels and how it is being felt as collective grief. We will meet to find ways to heal and restore ourselves, to let go of the past that for so many was comfortable and predictable and to reinstate a state of aliveness and connectivity between us all to build the future.

A complex subject…

The pandemic has woken us up, it has impacted the global human family and sadly it has disproportionally impacted the lives of women around the world. Leaders face multiple crises, not only ecological and political but morally and spiritually. It is a time of crises at the same time an opportunity for transformation. We are seeing that women and all who respect, develop, embody and apply what can be called feminine intelligence in leadership to bring about systemic transformation, are showing us the way forward. As we awaken to the flaws and cracks appearing in the old system that has failed us, we have the opportunity to bring the light and forge a new future. We will need to be rigorous with our spiritual practice, find was to collaborate, be bold with direct action, innovate new policies, laws and systemic changes, to bring about a shift in mindset and elevation in consciousness that is required to build a flourishing future.

Now is the time…

For women to occupy their rightful place as decision makers at all levels and in all sectors of society and for all to dignify and embody feminine intelligence, for a regenerative future. As we activate feminine intelligence in men, women and people of all genders viable alternatives are being created for systemic transformation, this is being demonstrated by many. The time is now, to unleash our collective intelligence, expand our human capacity, unlock ingenuity, increase our solidarity and love toward the healing of ourselves, our families, our societies, and transform the old system. We will build the new economies and social systems in service to a flourishing future.
